The Mushaba application's location tracking, QR identification, SOS alerts, AI Lost Mode, floor detection, and mesh networking features are assistance tools only and are not a substitute for official emergency services. We shall not be liable for loss of contact with group members, delayed alerts, inaccurate location information, failed SOS delivery, service interruptions, or any consequential damages arising from use of these features.

6. Termination

We may immediately change, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our products, services, website, application, subscriptions, or memberships, with or without notice, at any time and without liability to you or any third party.

We reserve the right to terminate your access if, without limitation, you have:

• Provided false or misleading registration information.
• Violated these Terms and Conditions.
• Interfered with other users or the administration of our services.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Misused tracking, QR, SOS, or emergency-related features.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

You agree that the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, including any consumer court having jurisdiction, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the website, the Mushaba application, or any services provided by IOTFIY Solutions.
